How to assign a Quanta Capsule licence to your clients and import their voice and photo recording

Using your Capsule licences:

Your Capsule licences are in the Genius menu under Quanta membership. Go to this menu item and you will be able to watch an instructional video that explains the process.

To add your client to your list of members, click on My Members, then on Add a member. Enter their name and email address. The client will be added to your list of members.

A licence will automatically be assigned to them from your credit, which is displayed under the Purchase Memberships button. If the client purchased the Quanta Cap app licence themselves, then no licence will be deducted from your credit, of course.

To import their recording and run a scan:

Click back to the User record screen and create or open the client’s record.

On the Voice analysis screen, you will see a purple button top right called ‘Import Quanta Profile’. Click on this and enter your client’s email address. Note this must be the email they use with their Quanta Cap app.

Your client’s data will automatically be imported and scanned, once the voice analysis is done you can move on to the photo and this will also be imported automatically.

You can then continue with the analysis and preparing your freqeuncy package to send to your client.

To send the frequencies to your client:

Place all the frequency items you want to send them in the Main Hold Tray at the bottom of the System Overview screen. Click on the Genius menu top right and select Accessories, then Insight Quanta Cap. Click on Add my members to select your client directly from the list and send them the frequency capsule.

How to use Genius Insight on a second device

The new version of Genius Insight allows you to install the app on as many devices as you want. However, you can only use the app on one device at a time with the same Genius account. You must therefore log out of your Genius account on one device before you can use it on another.

Follow these steps:

 1. Use the links below to install genius Insight on the second device:

(Don’t forget to approve the enterprise developer on iOS in Settings > General > Device Management).

2. Log out of your Genius account on the first device:

Click on the white button top left of the Client Record screen.

3. Open Genius on the second device and log into your Genius account

Click on ‘Are you an existing user’ and login using your email and the password you created when creating your account.

If you hve forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot Password’ to receive a new one. You can later change this in the Menu > Profile of the app. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you dan’t receive the password.

4. Synch your data to reload all your client records, session history and libraries.

Remember, you do NOT need to log out of the app after each session. As long as you do not log out, next time you open the app your data will still be there.

To be safe after each session and make sure everything is saved, go to Menu > Settings > Synch Database.

Note: If you change or replace your device, you will need to log in and synch your device ! If you can’t log in or get a screen that says ‘Are you ready’, contact us.

If you want to use Genius Insight on two devices simultaneously, please contact us for a licence extension.

How backup and synchronization works

Any changes to your database will be shared by both devices cumulatively, i.e. nothing will be erased from your data in the cloud, unless of course you do it yourself in Genius on one of the devices.

Thus, if you add a library on device 1, all you have to do is disconnect on device 2 and synch your data as usual, to load this library on device 2. The same goes for customer files and session history.

Synchronizing your data in Genius Insight

Have you lost all your data? Don’t worry, it’s stored securely on the Genius Cloud. Here’s how to get it all back.

If you log out of your Genius Insight account, the next time you log in, you will need to reload all of your data (client records, libraries, history). This is called synchronizing your data and it is done by clicking on the double arrow icon at the top right of your client record screen.

Approving the developer on Apple iOS

When you first install Genius Insight on your Apple device (iPhone or iPad), you will get an ‘Untrusted Developer’ alert. In order to be able to open the app, you first need to go to your device Settings>General>Device Management and trust Possibility Wave LLC.

You will then be able to open and use the app.
